The hotel is located in a great spot, right in the heart of everything in the Chiado section of the city. It is just off the main shopping area and close to everything you need. The rooms are immaculate and well-equipped, with a spacious living room and kitchen. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they provide excellent care for children, including a kids' club and all necessary baby equipment.
The plumbing in the hotel could use some improvement, with loud pipes and strange steam noises.

Delicious breakfast, helpful and attentive staff. Beautiful apartment with amazing living room and kitchen. Perfect location for exploring Lisbon. Pricey compared to other options in Portugal, but worth it for families with young children.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were kind and attentive, anticipating my every need. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything and close to a wide variety of fantastic restaurants in the Chiado district. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities were great. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of high-quality products. the hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of luxury and comfort. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were just what we needed to unwind and relax. the exclusive massage services gave us a special treat. And, the sun loungers in the garden area provided a comfortable spot for sunbathing. Plus, the in-room breakfast was delicious and restaurant's buffet breakfast had a good variety of options.
The only minor flaw we noticed was the absence of beach access. we found that there were several beautiful beaches just a short drive away.
